Something special on top, lemon balsamic vinegar from Italy!
Lemon balsamic vinegar
This balsamic vinegar comes directly from Italy! I expected it to be quite watery but it was quite thick. I couldn't exactly taste the lemon in it and instead tasted more sweetness.
There was no need for any salt as the bacon already gives you the saltiness!

Ingredients:
1 avocado (mashed)
4 streaky bacon rashers (diced)
3g chopped white onions
1 salad tomato (sliced)
1 egg (beaten)
15g extra mature cumbrian cheese
2 San Francisco sourdough slices
optional toppings:
chilli flakes
lemon balsamic vinegar
Method:
Toast the San Francisco sourdough slices.
In a pan, fry the streaky bacon pieces and then add in the chopped white onions. Once they start to brown, add in the beaten egg. Turn the heat off and crumble in some cheese.
Top the San Francisco sourdough slices with the mashed avocado, bacon and scrambled egg mixture and sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and add some lemon balsamic vinegar.
