French toast with chocolate chips ready in 20 minutes. These are on the sweet side. A bit of crisp on the surface and soft in the inside.
Coffee syrup
Just because I love my coffee syrup! Feel free to substitute this with normal maple syrup/any other kind of syrup or honey.
Marks & Spencer's chocolate brioche
These came in rectangular rolls instead of a brioche loaf and came with chocolate chips inside. They're already sweet on their own so there's no need to add additional sugar into the egg-milk mixture.
If looking for a substitute, regular brioche bread will work fine. If using normal white/wheat bread, you might want to add a tablespoon of sweetener into the egg-milk mixture.
Fruit toppings
I only added blueberries but feel free to add other types of fruits.
